These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “You”) and Healthdaq® (the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) governing the use of our websites, healthdaq.com and all related subdomains (the “Websites”), our talent acquisition platform, Healthdaq Cloud (the “Platform”) and all related products and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Website, Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website, Platform or Services.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or Services. By using the Platform or Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 

 

User Responsibilities:

Employers: 

Employers agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting product information, creating their account on the Platform and posting job listings.

Employers are solely responsible for the content they post on the Platform, including job listings, company information, and any communications with other users.

Employers must not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities or for any purpose that violates these Terms.

Employers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online conduct and content. 

Candidates: 

Candidates agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating their profiles on the Platform and/or applying for jobs via the Platform.

Candidates are solely responsible for the content they provide in their profiles and communications with employers on the Platform.

Candidates must not use the Platform to misrepresent their qualifications or engage in any deceptive practices.

Candidates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online conduct and content. 

 

Job Listings: 

Job listings must be genuine and represent actual job opportunities.

The Company reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any job listing that violates these Terms or appears to be misleading, fraudulent, or harmful in any way.

 

Ensuring Quality of Content:

The Company strives to maintain a high standard of quality for the content on the Websites and the Platform.

Employers and candidates are encouraged to report any content that they believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate or misleading.

The Company reserves the right to review, moderate, and take appropriate actions regarding content that does not meet our quality standards, including but not limited to job listings and user communications. 

 

Intellectual Property: 

The Company retains all intellectual property rights to the Websites and the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted content.

Users may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Websites and the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

Your use of the Websites, Platform or Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and data.

As an eCommerce customer, you have certain data protection obligations, including but not limited to:

Safeguarding your login credentials and account information.

Using customer data only for legitimate purposes related to the services provided through the Platform.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any job listing or user content on the Websites or the Platform.

The Company is not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any job application or hiring process.

 

Limitation of Liability: 

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Websites, Platform or Services.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the Websites, Platform or Services or any breach of these Terms.
